This expansive four-bedroom penthouse occupies a high floor at RP Heights, a residential tower directly opposite The Dubai Mall in the heart of Downtown. It is a layout that blankets the views of Burj Khalifa on one side and the wider skyline on the other, leaving that splash of that dazzle indoors, the entire day. The residence strikes a great balance between scale and thoughtfully crafted interiors. Veined marble flooring brightens the living spaces, while charcoal detailing lends depth and character to the walls. The bedrooms introduce warmer tones, grounded by sophisticated black finishes that remain consistent throughout the layout.

The main living area is vast and generously proportioned. A low table and two terracotta leather chairs sit beside an expansive, deep-grey seating area. Striking pop-art canvases add a playful touch to the apartment. The television area, and, by extension, the entire home, is framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, with the Burj Khalifa rising in the central pane.

The living space flows into a social kitchen, bar and dining zone. A dark stone bar with wire stools stands in front of a glass-fronted display cabinet. Further along, a long dining table, dressed with orange chairs and three honeycomb-patterned globe pendants, seats a crowd. By the curved glazing there is room for a card table, which makes the space well suited to long dinners and late games.

Along a corridor of pale oak, the games room opens up with another sweep of curved glass. A pool table takes pride of place, with a foosball table and a deep mustard velvet sofa beside it. Sliding doors lead out to the balcony. Nearby, a study nook with charcoal shelving and a built-in desk makes a quiet corner for working from home.

The bedrooms are calm and thoughtfully designed. Each features a panelled charcoal headboard, bedside tables, brass cage pendants, and a leather bed positioned to face floor-to-ceiling windows. Sliding oak wardrobes provide ample storage, while every bedroom has its own marble-finished bathroom with mirrored cabinets, integrated lighting, a rainfall shower, and a wall-hung WC.

RP Heights sits in Downtown Dubai, among the city's best-known landmarks. The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera are within walking distance. The Dubai Mall is almost on the doorstep, and the Dubai Fountain, Boulevard cafés and restaurants are close by. The metro and the main roads out to DIFC, Business Bay and the airport are easily reached. The building itself offers a lot to residents. Facilities include infinity pools, a children's pool, a sky deck and a children's play area.
