Binghatti Developers is developing Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences in partnership with Jacob & Co. Silver Stone Engineering Consultants is listed as the architect, while Granada Europe Construction is the main contractor. Construction began in 2022, with above-ground construction commencing later in the development programme. Current industry sources indicate that completion has moved beyond the project's original 2026 target, with 2027 now the more credible handover timeframe.
Published project documentation describes a configuration of six basement levels, a ground floor, five podium levels, 98 residential floors and a roof. The original project specification identifies 299 units, although current marketing and property sources quote different residential counts depending on how the residences are classified.
