Placed adjacent to the Emirates Road and behind the International Media Production Zone this four course golf estate is set to provide the finest golf estate living in the region. Catering for golf enthusiasts and those enjoy the tranquil and green surroundings that the courses provide, the project will host a series of developments, all styled with a Mediterranean theme. The Earth course will have six developments with a total of 606 villas and the Fire course has seven proposed developments with a projected 438 villas. The developments range from small, 33 villas, to large, 158 villa, but most of them fall in the middle. All the leisure facilities for the Earth and Fire courses will form part of the Norman Clubhouse, located in the centre of the project between the two courses. The clubhouse will feature an exclusive hotel, a luxurious spa, an array of signature restaurants and shops, a golf academy, a tennis academy and a world class fitness centre.
