Bvlgari is the latest amongst the chain of international brands that has decided to bring their hotels to Dubai. A brand almost synonymous with luxury, the BV Residences (BVLGARI Resorts and Residences) is situated on Jumeirah Bay, a six million square feet sea horse shaped island just off of Jumeirah Beach road. The island can be directly accessed via a 300 meter bridge that has been provided for residents and visitors. The Italian brand has a homage of more than 130 years. This luxury resort and residence will be the fifth of its kind. The development will be designed by Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners. The luxury development will host a 1.7 million sq ft. complex and will be framed by lush landscaped gardens . With 100 rooms and suites,20 residential villas and a gorgeous marina, the residents will be additionally pampered with a full range of luxury amenities.

The latest addition to this development is the Bulgari Lighthouse. Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, together with Dubai-based developer Meraas,  are in charge of this development. This elegant residential tower will be situated on Jumeira Bay Island, boasting breathtaking views of both the Dubai skyline and the Arabian Gulf. The residential tower has been constructed on the periphery of Jumeira Bay Island, a deliberately-selected location with uninterrupted views and an awe-inspiring location. The design of the residences was entrusted to Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, who are revered for creating sophisticated and intricately-designed buildings. Their work on the Bulgari Lighthouse promises to create residences that provide inhabitants with protection, privacy, and tranquility. The building's exterior is inspired by coral, with organic curves that filter light and air, providing an open yet secluded living space in exquisite homes.
