Masaar by Arada is a large residential community in Tilal City, Sharjah, built around a forested lifestyle. The first Masaar master plan covers 19 million sq. ft. and includes 3,000 villas and townhouses across six gated districts. The project was launched in January 2021. Arada is the developer, while Dewan Architects + Engineers handled design and supervision, with Parsons responsible for infrastructure design. The design centres on a green spine with more than 50,000 trees, landscaped paths, sports areas and woodland trails.
