Masaar

Masaar by Arada is a large residential community in Tilal City, Sharjah, built around a forested lifestyle. The first Masaar master plan covers 19 million sq. ft. and includes 3,000 villas and townhouses across six gated districts. The project was launched in January 2021. Arada is the developer, while Dewan Architects + Engineers handled design and supervision, with Parsons responsible for infrastructure design. The design centres on a green spine with more than 50,000 trees, landscaped paths, sports areas and woodland trails. Homes use modern architecture, large windows and smart-home features, with landscaping placed close to residential streets and outdoor spaces.

Masaar sits in the Al Suyoh area, close to Tilal City, Sharjah Mosque and Nasma Residences. Masaar offers villas and townhouses across different districts. The community include two to five-bedroom townhouse and villa options. Homes are designed with modern layouts, private outdoor areas and smart-home technology. Depending on the district, buyers can choose from two-bedroom townhouses to five-bedroom villas, with some larger signature homes also available.
