The View Island

The View Island is a waterfront residential project by Ajmal Makan within Ajmal Makan City, Sharjah Waterfront City. It forms part of the wider AED 25 billion master development, which covers more than 60 million sq. ft. across eight islands. The View Island launched in January 2025, with handover expected in Q1 2028. The project follows a coastal architectural style, with homes designed around sea, lagoon and landscaped views.
