The DIFC area operates differently than the rest of Dubai - apartments & penthouses sold here are not registered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) but is under DIFC jurisdiction.

Arriving completely upgraded, it comes in as a close second in our top DIFC homes list with its spiral stairways, contemporary chandeliers, fully-equipped modern kitchen, family lounge, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
3. Triplex penthouse in Central Park
This triplex in Central Park, DIFC is truly one of a kind. The very light open living space is nicely laid out and offers commanding city and skyline views views. The ground floor has a large living room, an ample open kitchen, guest washroom and a laundry room. The penthouse has a private elevator accessing all three floors and a maid's room. The second floor houses two well appointed ensuite bedrooms and large living room. The third floor has a further large ensuite bedroom and a nice outside terrace area with Jacuzzi.
4. Apartment in Index Tower
This high floor apartment in DIFC has a lot of great views as it's situated on a high floor. Minimally furnished, it has a lost of promise when it comes to refurbishments. It has a spectacular view of the DIFC neighbourhood, towards the sea and the Emirates Towers, which you can admire from either of the bedrooms or the living room.
5. Duplex at WTC Living
This well-priced apartment in WTC Jumeirah Living is spacious and is a unique 1 bedroom duplex. The large upper floor living area is divided into separate living and dining spaces with a galley style kitchen & aseparate utility room.
