The Beach Collection is an off-plan villa development by Nakheel located across selected fronds of Palm Jebel Ali. The project comprises ultra-luxury five and six-bedroom beachfront villas available in multiple architectural styles, including Blue Horizon, Indigo Ocean, Azure Blue, Mediterranean, Sapphire, Tropical Mist, Provence and Acquamarina. Each residence spans three levels and is designed to maximise sea views and private beachfront living. Handover for the current phases is expected from late 2027 through 2028.
