Brabus Island

Brabus Island is a premium branded waterfront community by Cosmo Developments in the Al Seef District of Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi. The project brings together modern luxury homes with the bold design style of the German brand BRABUS. Set on a private island, the master plan includes four residential towers with 352 apartments and a collection of 96 waterfront villas. The development covers a large island site designed with open views, landscaped spaces, private beach access, and a marina. Cosmo Developments is leading the project in partnership with BRABUS to create one of Abu Dhabi’s first automotive-inspired residential communities. The project launched in 2025, while construction is expected to continue until the scheduled handover in the first quarter of 2029. The architecture features clean lines, large glass facades, and spacious terraces that maximise sea views. Landscaped gardens, walking paths, swimming pools, and outdoor leisure areas add to the resort-style setting and create a calm waterfront environment.
