Waldorf Astoria Residences Yas is a luxury branded residential development by Aldar Properties in partnership with Waldorf Astoria, located on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. It introduces the Waldorf Astoria residential concept to the capital, combining fully furnished homes with the hospitality brand's signature service and a prime setting overlooking Yas Links Golf Course and Yas Marina Circuit. The development sold out on launch day in May 2025, generating AED 850 million in sales and setting a new benchmark for price per square metre on Yas Island.

The residences comprise a limited collection of fully furnished one- to three-bedroom apartments, with current project material indicating sizes from approximately 1,195 to 3,229 sq. ft. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views across Yas Links, the Formula 1 circuit and the Arabian Gulf, while expansive balconies extend the living spaces outdoors. The residences feature contemporary interiors, generous proportions and a turnkey living experience, allowing owners to move into a fully furnished home without a separate fit-out.
