The sleek silhouette of Muraba Veil rises above the Dubai Water Canal, a sculptural form that appears both solid and weightless, dissolving into the desert haze and the city’s reflective skyline. Through its precision, it offers a study in contrasts—architecture that feels bold yet unobtrusive, monumental yet intimate. Designed in collaboration with Pritzker Prize-winning RCR Arquitectes, the tower reimagines the relationship between architecture and landscape, resulting in a space where movement, light, and air define the living experience; this powerful conversation between design and nature continues inside.
Seventy-three floors of curated residences are suspended between sky and water, recalling the codes of the traditional Arabian courtyard, where spatial sequences unfold in a balance of shelter and openness. Here, the philosophy of domesticity extends beyond private interiors into shared environments that prioritise well-being, social connection, and immersion in nature. Light filters through latticed facades, breezes cross landscaped terraces, and reflections ripple across water features integrated into the design. Muraba Veil is a self-contained ecosystem where every element is calibrated to enhance the experience of living.
In the interior environment, every space moves to its own rhythm, with amenities designed not as afterthoughts but as essential components of the architectural narrative and to uplift contemporary living. They do not impose themselves; they unfold fluidly, offering a sequence of spaces that invite stillness, movement and social exchange in equal measure.
The integration of communal spaces feels effortless here. The majlis lounge, an elevated interpretation of traditional Arabian hospitality, is a retreat designed for quiet conversations and selective gatherings. Soft lighting and sculptural furnishings contribute to a calming atmosphere where privacy and interaction coexist. Meanwhile, the business centre reflects the new paradigm of work, allowing residents to transition with ease between leisure and productivity in an environment that contributes to focus and innovation.

When it's time to relax and regenerate, residents can embrace the subterranean wellness spa, a destination that prioritises a philosophy of restoration. It is not just a collection of treatment rooms and saunas, but rather a carefully composed sequence of spaces that guide the body and the mind through different states of relaxation. Mineral-infused water therapies, desert botanical oils, and contemporary interpretations of traditional healing practices define the experience. The tower’s fitness spaces also extend beyond the traditional gym model, integrating movement into daily life through a fully equipped training centre, yoga studio and a padel court overlooking the striking city skyline.
The minds behind Muraba Veil have embraced cultural immersion and the art of living. Entertainment is not an afterthought but an experience integrated into the everyday. The private cinema, an intimate enclave, is designed with attention to acoustics and atmosphere. The dedicated architectural gallery space offers a cultural touchpoint, integrating elevated design into every day life.

At its highest point, Muraba Veil’s rooftop unfolds in a series of carefully orchestrated perspectives. The double height pool on the 70th floor, edged with sculptural loungers, mirrors the vast expanse of the sky, blurring the boundaries between water, horizon, and atmosphere. Here residents can embrace the stillness in a chic escape from the city’s frenetic pace. One level above, an exclusive fine dining destination extends the experience—an eatery open to the public with private space reserved for residents—where the cuisine is as carefully composed as the surrounding habitat.
At the base of the building, south-facing dune pools reimagine the codes of the desert, offering residents an oasis of peace and immersion in nature overlooking the canal. Underneath the dunes lie more experiences. Here, the residents can enjoy a children’s play area, cafe and gallery.
The idea of living with nature has guided the design of Muraba Veil. This is realised through landscaped gardens that counterbalance the tower’s verticality, grounding the architecture in a setting of lushness and quiet retreat. The surrounding water features serve a dual function—creating a microclimate that subtly cools the outdoor spaces while reinforcing the fluid conversation between built and natural environments. Every element, from material palette to spatial flow, contributes to an overarching philosophy: a home where design, nature, and human well-being exist in symbiosis.

Situated along the Dubai Water Canal in Al Wasl, the tower promises both connectivity and privacy. Its location ensures proximity to City Walk, Jumeirah Beach, and key urban destinations across Dubai while maintaining an air of exclusivity. Close by, major highways and Dubai Metro links offer comprehensive access to the rest of the city. Healthcare facilities and international schools are also within reach, underscoring the development’s appeal to families. For those who seek an active lifestyle, the surrounding area offers a wealth of outdoor spaces, waterfront promenades, and green retreats, framing the tower within a broader ecosystem of movement and leisure.
Beyond its function as a residence, Muraba Veil challenges the constraints of urban living, offering a space where daily life is infused with moments of reflection in nature. Here, indulgence, wellness, and cultural engagement are not just accommodated but effortlessly integrated into a pioneering, human-centric design that reimagines what it means to live in the city.
