The dishes are prepared using wholesome fresh ingredients and also have on feature a wide range of vegetarian and vegan items. Resembling a warehouse, featuring exposed vents and cement floors, the cafe gives out the vibe of an urban cafe. Founded in 2017, 20 Grams is an Emirati-owned cafe located in Ras Al Khor. A coffee shop, a bike shop and a warehouse, combined in one, Möto Rauch & Staub is a two-floor cafe, that features a small stage for live rock bands and a fully functioning bike workshop at the back. The bike workshop is housed in a repurposed shipping container. The cafe is founded by a motor-cycle enthusiast German expat Marco Möller in Al Quoz. The interiors of Möto Rauch & Staub are not glossy and has bare brickwork and lots of natural wood finishes.
