Koa Canvas

The first development of KOA, KOA Canvas is a unique development that features the concept of residential living and working in Dubai.

Nasab

The member’s only workplace and social club of Nasab offers luxury private workspaces that are designed for the members to connect with like-minded individuals. Also featuring luxury wellness and social spaces Nasab is designed to feed the spirit of creativity. It is ideal for entrepreneurs who love to blend leisure and entertainment into their daily working life. 

Spread across three floors of open-air loft architecture, Nasab has been planned carefully so as to offer workspaces that contribute to an individual’s business. They have on offer luxury private office suits for 2 to 12 people, which are modern alternatives to conventional office setups and are ideal for established businesses as well as start-ups. The spaces come fully furnished, include DEWA, Wi-Fi, cleaning and maintenance services, and offer facilities like meeting rooms, printer, scanner and complimentary coffee, water, and pantry items. The shared workspaces, on the other hand, feature open desks and complements the members with the range of facilities like that of the private office suites. 

Creating a balance between work and social life, Nasab hosts a range of wellness and social facilities. Lowe

Featured by KOA, the dining concept of LOWE is an integral component of KOA’s creative lifestyle vision. The restaurant embodies an informal take on contemporary dining that is interpreted in a relaxed and welcoming environment. 

LOWE literally means warm light produced by the fire. Drawing inspiration from this meaning, while representing their main cooking technique, the restaurant features a central wood fire which is its center.

Serving delicacies from breakfast till dinner, LOWE features an under-complicated menu that has been created by the culinary duo Jesse Blake and Kate Christou. The unconventional and modern has been thoughtfully designed and serves an array of refined dishes.

Some of their signature dishes include Buckwheat Waffle with Wood-Smoked Peach, Smashed Avocado & Cured Salmon Flatbread with Kohlrabi and Coriander, Pressed Cucumber with Pressed Labneh, to name a few. Their list of refreshing mocktails includes Strawberry Rosella Fizz and Turmeric and Ginger Lemonade. 

The open-plan restaurant features oak-tables, timber and rattan panelling, wood floors and concrete columns. It also comes with warm furnishings, complemented by natural and ambient lighting.
