Over the past few years, Al Barari has sprouted new projects that will create an interesting multi-faceted community. Located past Nad al Sheba, what you will currently see in the community is 216 palatial mansions surrounded by lush flora and fauna. It’s a private, gated area rife with beautiful themed gardens and over 5.4 km as well as 506,000 sq ft of naturally landscaped lakes, freshwater streams, cascades and waterways created with sustainable practices of eco-conscious development. The Al Barari area is also home to the Heart & Soul Spa, a gym called Body Language, and The Farm - an organic farm-to-table dining concept.

Founded by Zaal Mohammend Zaal, Al Barari happens to have its very own microclimate. The landscape’s high density planting keeps the ground cooler, reduces evaporation enabling the use of less water; irrigation is controlled by state of the art computerised Central Control System which constantly communicates with irrigation controllers and weather stations installed in the field. This ensures application of precise quantity of water with no wastage, for healthy plant growth. All the efforts taken has resulted in the creation of a gorgeous botanical reserve; an enclave to live in for the rich and famous families of Dubai.

Al Barari The Farm

Fast forward a few years and this community which was initially viewed as a reclusive one, is set to invite a higher number of residents and with facilities that cater better to the community within short notice. Al Barari’s Phase II development will see the creation of a resort hotel, school, medical and retail offerings and further residential development in addition to apartment developments such as Seventh Heaven and Ashjar.

The buildings are designed in a cascading style, ensuring maximum views and light. Overlooking the lush landscapes, these units start at a built up area of 1,700 sq ft to 6,700 sq ft. Each home will get its own distinctive view.

Floor to ceiling glass walls to invite the outside in. One of the advantages of living here would be the ample space you can benefit from. These apartments are each designed, with minute detail to continue Al Barari’s intimacy with nature. There will also be natural ventilation and a green lobby. It will be a place of contemplation and relaxation. Bespoke artisans are invited to share their creations with the community. Seventh Heaven will have two entire floors dedicated to unique F&B and retail outlets. These two floors will include a day care, beauty salon, spa, pharmacy, bank, laundry, book store, electronics, organic shop and café, & restaurants.

The finishing within the Nest is exceptional and residents have already started to move in to the community with some villas lake and park views, the villas are beautifully crafted and completed to the highest standard yet living in a luxurious and tranquil private and secure location.
