The Palm Jumeirah has seen some very exciting new developments to date. A smattering of new luxury developments have begun to prop up all around the area along with several retail and dining options such as the Board Walk, Club Vista Mare and Galleria. The first of these new wave projects is the Viceroy Residences

This particular project is the Viceroy Group’s first venture in Dubai and its second in the UAE. The project is situated on the base trunk of the Palm Jumeirah and easily accessible within 15 minutes from Sheikh Zayed Road. Located on ultimate beachfront property on the Palm, this hotel development offers 477 massive guest rooms and suites.

In addition to this, it features 221 signature private residences of 1 to 4 bedroom apartments. Majority of these apartments will possess breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and the Marina skyline. Besides this, they also have fully serviced 4-bedroom villas that face the beachfront.

Designed by Yabu Pushelberg and NAO Taniyama and Associates, the hotel will feature services and amenities created specifically for the diverse group of guests including spectacular dining venues hosted by world-class chefs and a modern spa. A beach club and a one hundred meter-long pool will also be complemented by children’s clubs, entertainment and sporting activities.
