First Property Podcast in the region - LUXHABITAT Talks

Luxhabitat is proud to be the first brokerage in the GCC region to develop its very first property-focused podcast called LUXHABITAT TALKS. The property podcast will address the constantly evolving state of the luxury sector in Dubai real estate - thereby deconstructing the process of buying and selling luxury property, analysing Dubai real estate for investment, interviews & insights with quality developers, and sharing the latest in property trends over time. In an era where ‘luxury’ is often used as a buzzword by new developers and with numerous developments to choose from, Luxhabitat looks into the next medium for sharing what truly encapsulates luxury and redefining what it means - one podcast at a time. It is aimed at creating a dialogue between those that have an active interest in the Dubai real estate market and making it accessible worldwide.

The podcast’s first episode premiered on 8th May 2018 and can be found here. Hosted by me, the first episode focuses on the Dubai luxury property market in Q1 2018 and stars Associate Director Sally Ann Ghai & Luxury Rentals Director Ryan Kasper, who both offer their insights on the luxury real estate sales & rentals market.
