"My love for seafront living was the main reason that brought me to Palm Jumeirah", says Brigitte Tenbergen, a German Property Agent, based in Dubai. "The community gives me peace and comfort. I used to live in Italy for 15 years right next to the Mediterranean Sea and for me living near the sea is a must. I am also not fond of high rise buildings. Therefore the Shoreline development hosting buildings around 10 storeys high is perfect for me," she adds while describing what made her choose Palm Jumeirah to live in.

Speaking about what she loves the most about the community, Brigitte says, "Life on Palm Jumeirah is very positive and it is a great place to live. The best aspect is that it is situated away from the buzz of the city but very close in terms of connectivity."

"I enjoy direct beach access. It is a luxury amenity which is generally offered only by 5-star resorts. We also have a beautifully landscaped community Park - The Ittihad Park which has a running track where many people exercise on a daily basis."

"Catering to our daily needs, we have right at our doorsteps, nice coffee shops, restaurants and a number of supermarkets, along with conveniences like laundries, sports facilities and yoga clubs. The Nakheel Mall is scheduled to open soon will add to the convenience of the residents."

Life on Palm Jumeirah is very positive and it is a great place to live. The best aspect is that it is situated away from the buzz of the city but very close in terms of connectivity.

When asked about any drawbacks about living in this community, she says, "I never had any bad experience as a resident of this community but talking about drawbacks, I would like to mention that if one does not have a car, it is not very convenient as there are no tram or metro stations in close proximity to Palm Jumeirah. Also, the on-site construction sometimes gets annoying as they keep changing speed bumps that add to our inconveniences."
