27. Jumeirah Village Circle (Jvc)

The compact gated community of Jumeirah Village Circle hosts more than 2,800 villas and more than 3,100 townhouses, that are complemented with ultramodern home accessories. The community offers the feeling of tranquillity while providing them with amenities required for a luxurious lifestyle.

28. Meydan One

Meydan One is located in Mohammed bin Zayed City. The first phase of the development comprises 18 mid-rise residential buildings containing 2,273 apartments. While the second phase will add a further 17 buildings of 2,162 apartments. The apartments range from studios to one- and two-bedroom and will offer views of the Dubai Water Canal, Meydan Hotel and Racecourse, Downtown Dubai and Dubai Creek.

29. Mohammed Bin Rashid City

The three main prototypes that Mohammed bin Rashid City features are the Modern Arabic, Mediterranean and Contemporary design. The homes are of one, two and three bedrooms, that are suitable for couples as well as families. It is set around an 18-hole championship golf course and features landscaped parks and gardens, winding walkways, and large open areas.

30. Palm Jumeirah

Palm Jumeirah is the world's largest man-made island and features a two kilometre long trunk, a crown made up of 17 fronds and a surrounding crescent. It hosts 4,000 exclusive villas and spacious apartments, that enjoy beautiful sea views along with amazing facilities such as a range of sophisticated beach clubs - each with swimming pool, gym and restaurant.

31. The Hills

The Hills is located in the heart of the city with close proximity to the new Vida Hotel. It offers one, two, and three-bedroom homes are set in two buildings of 12 and 15 storeys, that offer easy access from Sheikh Zayed Road. The Hills is also home to Vida Residence, a collection of 136 serviced apartments. The apartments are designed to appeal to a new generation of entrepreneurs and professionals and offer a range of personalised service.

32. The Lakes

The Lakes consists of six communities, Deema, Forat, Ghadeer, Hattan, Maeen and Zulal, that offer 600 villas in 12 different architectural styles. The homes that the community has on offer vary from 3 bedroom townhouses, up to 7 bedroom luxury villas.

33. The Meadows

The Meadows is a beautiful tranquil community among lakes and parks. The villas that The Meadows offers consists of 3 to 7 bedrooms. They are spacious and have been constructed in an architectural style that reflects Emirati heritage. Most of them are two-storey and come with garages, private gardens and some of them with private pools.

34. The Views

The Views offers luxury apartments that open to the stunning green views of Emirates Golf Club. The homes are complemented with a wide range of lifestyle amenities swimming pools, gymnasiums, play areas, barbecue areas, and neighbourhood retail centres.

35. The Villa

The Villa features 1,811 luxury villas with 4, 5 and 6 bedroom options overlooking lush landscaped. It features 13 types of homes at affordable prices that are complemented with state-of-the-art modern features, inspired by the intricate details of a Spanish Home.

36. Tilal Al Ghaf

The brand new mixed-use community of Tilal Al Ghaf offers contemporary luxury villas with gorgeous open-plan layouts featuring high standard finishes. Located not too far from Dubai Sports City, the community is slated to have over 350,000 sqm of open space, and will also feature schools, hospitals and restaurants.

37. Victory Heights

Victory Heights is a highly sought after private golf course villa community and offers around 961 beautifully designed luxury villas and townhouses set around the Ernie Els design golf course. They feature a variety of architectural styles like European Classical, Spanish Andalusian, and Mediterranean. The homes range from our bedroom townhouses and villas to five to six bedroom villas. They feature spacious rooms, big windows, and high-end kitchen appliances.
