Dubai is home to a number of Freehold areas where besides UAE Nationals, even foreigners can buy properties. Let's have a look at the freehold areas in the city that offer properties for sale as well as for rent.
1. Al Barari
Al Barari is a secluded paradise that features space, tranquillity and exclusivity. The community hosts 260 villas that are built within 6 landscaped gardens. 60% of its total area has been used for landscaping and luxury villas have been built on the rest 40% of it. Al Barari features beautiful water features that include a large lake and a number of streams. It is home to 500 plant types from 20 countries, across 6 continents.
2. Al Barsha
Al Barsha comprises of areas like Al Barsha 1, Al Barsha 2, Al Barsha 3 and Al Barsha South. However, only properties in the newly developed Al Barsha South, are the ones that foreigners can buy.
3. Al Habtoor City
Al Habtoor City hosts world-class hospitality, residential and leisure facilities under one roof. The community is also complemented with spectacular gardens and helipad. It features two 73-storey and one 52-storey residential towers, Noura, Amna and Meera. They comprise of deluxe apartments, lofts and penthouses, ranging from 1-7 bedrooms.
4. Arabian Ranches
Arabian Ranches is home to 4,000 luxury villas in tranquil desert surroundings. 12. Dubai Harbour
