The new and upcoming development of Dubai Hills is a 2,700-acre development that is a part of Mohammed bin Rashid (MBR) city. It hosts 8 different types of villas, townhouses and luxury apartments. Situated around an 18-hole championship golf course, the development will be connected to the purple and pink lines of Dubai Metro.
