Deriving inspiration from Bel-Air mansions in Los Angeles, One100 Palm is a masterpiece of art & design and is the most expensive villa on the Palm Jumeirah, listed at AED 120 million (US$32.4 million).
This is possibly the most sumptuously curated home in Dubai. This brand new custom modern contemporary villa has been designed by the owner from scratch with the utmost care given to every detail. The ONE100 spans over 3-floors and has a built-up area of 14,000 sq.ft, sitting within the most sought-after frond on Palm Jumeirah.
The villa was designed by the owner from scratch along with the award-winning architects – SAOTA. The seamless indoor/outdoor flow of the villa creates inviting spaces for entertaining and resort-style relaxation.
The villa hosts 5 spacious VIP bedroom suites with the master extended to a 1,300 sq.ft. of space. Eight bathrooms are adorned with book-matched unique Italian grey marble and equipped with branded custom bathrobes, linens & towels. One of the bathrooms also includes a hot tub with sea views with an option to electronically mist the glass for privacy.
There are three gourmet kitchens including a professional restaurant galley. The show kitchen is fitted by Gaggenau.

ONE100 is also home to an advanced voice activated home tech systems in the UAE with personalized software. The central home management system is controlled by latest generation iPads - including the custom lights, blinds, entertainment areas as well as custom AC systems from Titus USA.
There are full-sized bars as well as a cellar fully stocked with top-notch brands. The bars also feature limited edition and vintage bottles. Out of three world-class indoor/outdoor cinema lounges, there is an outdoor hydraulic pop-up theatre on the ground floor, rooftop outdoor cinema along with an infinity glass Jacuzzi with a pop-up TV.
