According to data from REIDIN’s 2016 report, apartments in Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina were the biggest deals of the last quarter. Here are the top 5 transactions we've put together from Q4:
A Le Rêve apartment (not pictured) also features on our list of top 10 real estate deals of 2016. It was sold at AED 2,070 per square foot in November 2016. Pictured is a luxury penthouse in Le Rêve in the same price range.
A 1,926-square foot apartment (not pictured) in the Armani Residences of the Burj Khalifa was sold at AED 5,450 per square foot in December 2016. The Armani Residences apartments featured above are in the same range.
Sold at AED 2,709 per square foot in November 2016, this apartment (not pictured) has a square footage of 3,507.
An apartment (not pictured) in Jumeirah Beach Residence sold at AED 1,574 per square foot in December 2016 with a built up area (BUA) of 5,716.
