Top 20 transactions in November

The month of November saw above AED 1.7 billion in residential transactions for over 1,143 properties sold, according to REIDIN. In terms of properties that sold in the luxury segment (above AED 5 million), there were AED 356.16 million transactions that took place, with over 43 transactions sold. In comparison to transactions in October which had a total value of AED 226.2 million in transactions, November saw an increase of 57%; the predictions are that in December, the value of transactions may even supersede these numbers with positive market expectations.

The top 3 most expensive transactions this month recorded were two villas on the Palm Jumeirah for AED 30 million and AED 28.5 million respectively, followed by a Victory Heights villa for AED 10.8 million. The most expensive apartment sold was a 2,203 square feet apartment in the Burj Khalifa for AED 8.7 million. Nine apartments were sold, at the total transaction amount of AED 55.7 million for apartments sold above AED 5 million. In terms of the 34 villas transacted above AED 5 million, the total value was AED 300 million. The details of the transactions are as follows:
