Elie Saab Waterfront

Elie Saab Waterfront by Ohana brings the language of haute couture into a residential setting on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. Developed by Ohana Development in collaboration with Lebanese designer ELIE SAAB, the 35-storey tower is shaped around a fluid architectural concept inspired by ocean waves and the flowing contours of a couture gown. The result is a building with curved lines and a distinctly sculptural profile overlooking the Arabian Gulf and Abu Dhabi skyline.

The project comprises 174 residences, including one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments alongside a large duplex penthouse. Apartments start at 873 sq. ft. and feature open layouts, expansive balconies, and interiors with marble, wood, and gold accents. ELIE SAAB designed the furnishings, extending the brand's design language from the building's architecture into the residences themselves.

At the top of the tower, the penthouse occupies the entire upper level and extends across more than 15,000 sq. ft. The five-bedroom duplex includes private living and entertainment areas, a dedicated elevator and a two-level rooftop with a private pool. Its position offers panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and the Abu Dhabi skyline.

The common areas continue the project's emphasis on design and waterfront living. Residents have access to an outdoor swimming pool, landscaped gardens, a fully equipped gym and a padel court, alongside children's play areas and electric vehicle charging facilities. The project also includes visitor parking.

The current Ohana project information also identifies concierge and security services, spa and wellness facilities, retail and dining outlets, and library and meeting spaces. These sit alongside the more active amenities, creating a mix of leisure, wellness and everyday facilities within the development.

Its position on Al Reem Island places Elie Saab Waterfront within an established Abu Dhabi residential district, with Reem Central Park, Reem Mall, Boutik Mall, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Al Fay Park and The Galleria among the destinations identified by Ohana. The developer lists approximate travel times of five minutes to Reem Central Park and Boutik Mall, 15 minutes to Reem Mall, 20 minutes to Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and The Galleria, 25 minutes to Louvre Abu Dhabi and 30 minutes to Abu Dhabi International Airport.
