Reem Hills by Modon is a gated residential community on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, built around a large man-made hill. The masterplan covers about 1.8 million sq. m. and includes homes, parks, retail, leisure areas and beach access. The project was announced in late 2021, and construction began in 2022. Modon states that villas are scheduled for handover in Q2 2026, while apartments and townhouses are expected in Q4 2026. Architecturally, Reem Hills uses a mix of modern villas, townhouses and apartments, with homes arranged around the elevated hill. The masterplan prioritises open green areas, wide landscaped spaces, and views of the sea and Abu Dhabi skyline.
