Radisson Residences Al Reem Island is a branded residential development by Royal Development Holding in collaboration with Radisson Hotel Group, located on the waterfront of City of Lights on Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. The project comprises three interconnected towers above a shared waterfront podium, creating a residential community that combines contemporary homes with hospitality-inspired services, wellness facilities and landscaped outdoor spaces. The development was announced as the world's first standalone Radisson Residences, rather than a conversion of an existing hotel.

The residential collection includes studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, alongside selected townhouse residences. Current project information lists studios from approximately 444 sq. ft., while one-bedroom residences range from around 962 to 1,128 sq. ft. The homes feature floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies, with views across the mangroves, waterways, and Abu Dhabi skyline. The residences combine practical contemporary layouts with the natural waterfront setting of Al Reem Island.

A shared waterfront podium connects the three towers and serves as the development's social centre. Amenities include an infinity swimming pool overlooking the mangroves, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, yoga and wellness spaces, landscaped courtyards, children's play areas, BBQ areas, community event spaces, a recreational lounge and a padel court. Residents also have access to boardwalks, nature trails and mangrove paddle routes, reinforcing the project's focus on outdoor living and its relationship with the surrounding landscape.

The Radisson brand is integrated into the residential experience through hospitality-led services including an attended reception and concierge. The development is intended to deliver Radisson service standards in a fully residential setting, giving owners a combination of private home living and hotel-inspired convenience. Retail and dining spaces within the shared podium further support the development's self-contained lifestyle.

The location on Al Reem Island places residents close to Abu Dhabi's major business, healthcare, education and lifestyle destinations. Reem Mall, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Sorbonne University, Reem Hospital, Repton School, Galleria Mall and ADGM are all within approximately five minutes according to the developer, while Downtown Abu Dhabi is around 20 minutes away. Louvre Abu Dhabi and Zayed National Museum are about 12–13 minutes away, and Zayed International Airport is about 25 minutes away.

Radisson Residences Al Reem Island is scheduled for handover in Q4 2027. The current project website states that the first release has sold out and that a second release is available, with studios and one-bedroom apartments currently being introduced. The development is offered with a 40/60 structure, with 40% paid during construction and the remaining 60% on handover.
