The Bristol Residences brings a hotel-led residential concept to Ramhan Island, Eagle Hills' naturally formed island development off the Abu Dhabi coast. Positioned at Ramhan Marina, the project combines 125 privately owned residences with a 120-key The Bristol hotel, bringing hospitality, dining, and waterfront amenities under one address.

The residential collection comprises one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes across 20 layouts. The smallest residences have total gross areas of approximately 738 sq. ft., while the largest four-bedroom layouts reach around 3,579 sq. ft.
