Ramhan Marina

Ramhan Marina places apartment living at the centre of Eagle Hills' Ramhan Island development in Abu Dhabi. Rather than treating the marina as a mere view, the project is planned around the working waterfront, with residences positioned close to the berths, yacht club, promenade, and the wider island landscape.

The residential collection comprises 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. The homes are arranged along the inner waterfront, with living spaces and balconies oriented towards the marina and sheltered island channel. Three residential formats form the current collection: Marina Living, The Waterfront Residence and The Signature Residence. Marina Living is a one-bedroom layout with a full-width balcony, while The Waterfront Residence introduces a two-bedroom plan with open living, dining and kitchen areas connected to a terrace. The Signature Residence offers a wider three-bedroom configuration with double aspect and views toward the channel and open water.

Architecture and planning are closely tied to the waterfront setting. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, open-plan living areas, and private outdoor spaces bring the marina and channel into the principal living spaces. The result is a residential environment oriented around changing views of the water rather than an inward-facing apartment layout.

The marina itself is a major part of the development's identity. More than 150 berths are planned around a sheltered island channel, with a yacht club and marina services forming part of the waterfront destination. For residents, this creates a direct relationship between home and the water, with boating, sailing and other watersports incorporated into the broader Ramhan Island lifestyle.

A 1.7 km waterfront promenade extends through the marina district, connecting the residential areas with restaurants, cafés, bakeries, boutiques and other retail. At its centre, an open plaza is planned as a gathering point for cultural and social activities, including markets, screenings and events.

The wider island adds another layer to the setting. Ramhan Island is planned as a low-density waterfront destination incorporating standalone villas, private beaches, mangroves, lagoons, hospitality and leisure facilities. Ramhan Marina therefore serves as the more urban and social part of the island, giving apartment owners access to marina activity while remaining within a natural island environment.

The wider Ramhan destination also includes The Bristol Hotel & Residences, positioned within the marina district. The hospitality component adds another dimension to the waterfront setting, alongside the yacht club, promenade, dining and leisure offer.

Location is another part of the proposition. Ramhan Island sits between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island, putting Ramhan Marina within reach of Abu Dhabi's major cultural, entertainment, and travel destinations. Current project information places Yas Island about 10 minutes away, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Zayed International Airport about 15 minutes away, and Saadiyat Island about 18 minutes away. Louvre Abu Dhabi is approximately 20 minutes away.
