As Dubai has started to slowly open up various businesses and ramping up testing for Covid-19 (over 1.2 million tests have been conducted to date), the Luxhabitat team has resumed working, while taking the necessary precautions in place. This involves maintaining social distancing measures, working from home when possible and wearing a mask & gloves while conducting viewings. Digital viewings are also in place and we are currently developing virtual solutions to enhance your website experience. We intend on following all government mandates and will keep you updated when the situation changes.

For all enquiries, we have worked on several digital solutions in order for you to still have face to face virtual meetings with our team specialists. All contracts will be signed through digital solutions we have implemented to make it a seamless process. We can also offer you some attractive mortgage solutions if you intend on purchasing a home in the near future.

In the case that you are looking to sell, we can also offer you several solutions given your financial needs at this time, from getting your property listed to equity release programs.

As we are reckoned with staying at home now, the importance of a good home has never been greater. We hope that once this crisis is over, that many will come to realise the same. Meanwhile, we will be waiting for you, ready to offer you quality homes when you are ready and we all see this through.

You can contact us at any point in time through emailing [email protected], calling +9714 432 7972 or messaging +971 55 979 5087 on WhatsApp.

Please do keep checking in back with us as we add interesting articles every week to keep you entertained on The Journal, including tips for well-being and lovely homes for inspiration.

Until then, stay home and stay safe.

LUXHABITAT TEAM.
