Launched in 2006, the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club is currently the heart of equestrian activity among the residents of Dubai as well as of visitors from the rest of the country. The Club hosts local and international polo events on two international size polo fields and the riding, show jumping and dressage arenas have sandblasted surfaces considered to be the best in the region. 

The Club is also home to as many as 336 air-conditioned stables, that houses and maintains the horses in the best possible environment. 

The riding academy that the club hosts, trains students of all ages, whose skill levels are exposed to a wide range of riding disciplines. The state-of-the-earth academy is complemented by modern facilities, making it a preferred destination for both beginners and experts alike. 

Besides Polo, the Club also features other sports that include show jumping and dressage, horse riding and desert hacking. It features paddocks, two international sized polo fields, one practice field and two riding and show jumping arenas. The all-weather surfaces of the riding, show jumping and dressage areas are regarded as amongst the best in the region.

One could also opt to become a member this prestigious Club and make use of the fully equipped gym as well as the temperature controlled swimming pool, besides the rest of the sports facilities which the Club has on offer. A monthly membership fee for an individual costs AED 800, while a couple is charged a fee of AED 1,100.
