Following a show-stopping opening weekend at Atlantis The Royal Resorts & Residences and prior to handover, A.B. talks about his two units for sale at the development on the same floor, making it a unique proposition for large families at one of the highest floors of the building, where it's atleast a few degrees cooler than the rest of Dubai, thereby extending pleasant weather almost all year round.
A.B.: What I love about Atlantis The Royal Resorts & Residences is the sheer number of amazing restaurants right at my doorstep. The best of the best are all gathered here at Atlantis, from Nobu to Ariana's kitchen. It's probably the first of its kind where you can just go downstairs from your apartment and you have the best restaurants in the world. To me, this is the ultimate address for beach resort living. It's wonderful to live in one of the world's most iconic projects and the only Atlantis residences of its kind.
A.B.: Architecturally speaking, I think the building is one of the most unique ones you can encounter in Dubai. Because of how the building is made and positioned, it helps extend the Dubai winters by a couple of months so we can enjoy it more.
What I love about my three-bedroom home is that it has a dual view- the living and master bedroom face the Palm and the rest of the bedrooms face the ocean. Usually, units in Atlantis have either one view, or the other due to the design of the building, but there are very few such as mine that have the benefit of both. As it's situated on the 30th floor, there is only one other unit on the floor, which is a five-bedroom that I also own and have listed at LUXHABITAT Sotheby's. I bought both units for the consideration of ultimate privacy on the floor and also keeping in mind any bigger families that might want to consider moving in. I personally have a large family, which is why I purchased both units on this floor initially.
A.B.: Regarding my five-bedroom apartment, it's only one of three in the development, which also makes it a unique proposition for any investor or end-user. Both units are fitted out with top-of-the-line Gaggenau and the apartments come equipped with Japanese smart toilets. The entire is finished in gold finishing, designed by Sybille de Margerie. The three-bedroom is designed in a silver finish, with the same fit-outs.
