The Escape: Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai

Designed by DSA Architects and Gatserelia Design, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai was created by the vision of founder Jack Penrod. The design canvas of Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai emanates a sense of purity and elegance, with the all-white aesthetics creating a timeless and chic ambiance throughout the resort. 

The design language speaks volumes, harmoniously blending the brand's signature white theme with regional influences and local touches. From the rooms to the villas and common areas, every aspect of the design is a testament to the seamless fusion of sea and sky. 

Nestled on the picturesque shores of the Arabian Gulf, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai stands as a sun-kissed sanctuary in Pearl Jumeira. Rooted in the essence of the world-renowned brand, this resort combines various elements to provide guests with a multifaceted experience, inviting them to fall in love with Dubai's sunny climate, the crisp sea air, and the distinct city skyline.

This time, we explored a very different side of the resort. While most of Dubai knows Nikki Beach to be the place for a high-end beach club experience, with lively music and entertainment; there exists a much calmer and soothing side to the resort that remains to be discovered by many - their villa collection. 

Each villa within the collection is unique in its design and offerings. Guests can choose from one and two-bedroom beach villas with private pools, or opt for the lush garden villas, also available in one and two-bedroom configurations. However, the crown jewel of the collection is undoubtedly the one-of-a-kind three-bedroom beach villa, complete with its private pool. Nestled strategically between the beach club and the hotel, the three-bedroom Ultimate Villa offers a breathtaking view over the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf.

'Serenity' is the first word that comes to mind as you enter these villas that carry a "retro-chic" vibe to them. Double-height ceilings, tasteful furnishing, and complementary palettes soothe the eye with their white and blue hues. The villas carry with them plenty of light and clean lines that uplift the spirits and bridge the gap between the indoors and outdoors. The focus lies in keeping the look natural and simple; and exuding soft sophistication with an all-white palette, embodying the essence of Nikki Beach's design philosophy. Malin & Goetz bathroom amenities and high-quality linens add a touch of indulgence. A thoughtful addition to the villa experience is the mood lighting, allowing guests to personalize the ambiance of each room to suit their mood and preferences. 

In terms of dining options, guests can enjoy meals at Bungalo 34, or their in-house Cafe Nikki, which pleasantly surprised us in terms of the quality of their offering, skillful cooking, and usage of the freshest produce. At Cafe Nikki, the breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, with delicious meals available on a buffet spread as well as a-la-carte options. This hidden gem of a cafe, with its delectable food and stellar service, is a must-visit for guests looking to indulge in a memorable dining experience.

From the rooms to the common areas, every space exudes a sense of warmth, joy, and sophistication, inviting guests to embark on an unforgettable journey of relaxation and revelry. With a focus on natural simplicity and good energy flow, the resort encapsulates the essence of Nikki Beach's vision—to celebrate life surrounded by the elements of nature.
