One of the most anticipated openings later this year, Atlantis The Royal on the Palm Jumeirah. Residents can also make use of these amazing restaurants and bar concepts right from their doorstep with special perks through the in-house residents' app. These are just some of the most exciting options that await at Atlantis The Royal, which will make the resort one of Dubai's premiere dining destinations.
Featuring the dining concept by the three-starred Michelin chef, Heston Blumenthal's dining concept 'Dinner' is definitely one to watch out for. Located in the heart of the resort, it has a private dining room, two outdoor terraces and a stunning bar. The cuisine will be a historic British take, dating back to the 12th century. “I am truly excited about opening in this incredible location”, said Heston. “Tt is not often that an opportunity in such a perfect space comes along. The backdrop is outstanding and the views of the Dubai skyline over the Arabian Gulf are quite unique. I am looking forward to creating something quite special for our guests to enjoy”.
Another Michelin-starred chef to add to the repertoire of Atlantis The Royal's list of impressive restaurants is Jaleo by Jose Andreaas. Expect honest Spanish food through a selection of tapas, paellas and cheeses from different regions of the country.
Celebrity Iranian-American chef with her concept 'Ariana's Persian Kitchen', will be debuting her first restaurant at Atlantis The Royal. The restaurant can seat more than 140 guests and has a beautiful garden terrace with views over the Dubai skyline, charcoal grill and fire-pit tanoor serving freshly baked bread. Indulge in signature dishes including Ariana’s Caspian-style filet kebab and rose-scented sea bass. An elegant, light yet relaxed and intimate setting, more features of note include a romantic cordial bar, majestic vaulted domes and a masculine private dining room.
If you love Greek food, this is bound to be the new hotspot. Chef Costas Spiliadis will be serving Greek seafood at the new haunt at Atlantis The Royal. Make sure to try his signature dish, the Milos Special, a tower of crisp zucchini and eggplant slices over tzatziki and Kefalograviera cheese. The restaurant will be designed in a sophisticated style, featuring six-metre-high ceilings and Greek marble floors.
Staying true to the ethose of the Atlantis brand and location, another exciting dining destination is La Mar by Gaston Acurio. It will deliver distinctive culinary experiences ranging from upscale Novo-Andean fare to Asian-Peruvian fusion.
