Jumeirah Golf Estates Golf Club

The Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE) Golf Club is one of the most popular spots in the Jumeirah Golf Estates area, mainly because of the fact that the area is centred around the golfing lifestyle. This golf club is at the epicentre of the Earth and Fire golf course designed by Greg Norman. 

Located close to the tennis and golf academies, the golf club spans a massive 131,000 square feet. It's centrally located, which makes it a great meeting point for residents, visitors to the community & avid golfers.

You can purchase a membership or book tee times at this clubhouse which also hosts its very own restaurant called Flame Tree Restaurant & Grill. Take some time off to watch the verdant greens while sipping on some tea and enjoying a delicious breakfast. It has a direct view of the 18th hole. The Fresca Delicatessen & Café provides great healthy options like fresh juices, delicious salads and nourishing dining options.

Facilities

The JGE Golf Club (also known as the country club) is comprised of a children’s play area, fitness centre, fitness studio, swimming pool, and tennis academy. A family-friendly spot, it is also home to several community activities, including games nights, quiz nights and grape and cheese nights. 

 The in-house gym is well-equipped and has excellent locker facilities for both men and women. There are also personal trainers available from Revolution Fitness.

The swimming pool offered is family friendly, and you can even order pool-side snacks.

The tennis academy is one of a kind and offers fantastic programs with a large variety of activities including adult programs such as leagues, ladies mornings, cardio tennis and club nights, as well as junior programs and tournaments.

Looking to have a private event? The clubhouse provides both indoor and outdoor spaces for you to enjoy your next event. The elegant Ballroom can entertain more than 250 guests and is flexible to divide into three separate rooms for smaller programs. 

The Earth Terrace, boasting remarkable views of the renowned 18th hole of the Championship Earth course provides a venue for up to 450 guests. The Fire Terrace provides a more intimate setting outdoors for up to 150 perfect for receptions and dinners. 

The Boardroom offers a corporate setting for up to 12 guests along with A/V technology. The Club’s unique Race To Dubai Suite provides a relaxed setting with full bar and terrace, perfect for gatherings of up to 80 guests. A dedicated and professional staff delivers incomparable hospitality and attention to detail to ensure you enjoy a seamless event from start to finish.

The clubhouse also hosts a sports bar to enjoy your favourite games on a big screen with a bevvy or two. There is an additional bar called Swirl Bar and Lounge too, so you're spoilt for choice.

Golf Courses

The Earth and Fire golf courses designed by Greg Norman are some of the most award-winning courses. These courses are home to the annual DP World Championship, an event that's on every avid golf enthusiast's list. The Earth course has brilliant white bunkering and deep red ochre landscape are framed by a plethora of trees and shrubs making each hole picture perfect. Offering a more challenging level of play, the Fire course is framed by a wide variety of captivating flora carefully selected to reflect the overall theme and to enhance its natural setting.
