Burj Khalifa is the tallest tower in the world and hosts over 900 residences. An observation tower and a chic restaurant called Atmosphere resides in the building. It is located in the heart of Downtown Dubai and offers an array of luxury eateries, entertainment and recreational activities. It overlooks the Dubai Mall and the spectacular dancing fountains. It has quickly become synonymous with the image of Dubai. 11 floors are owned by Armani Hotel, while some floors are used for commercial space.
