Founded in 2005, Universal American School is a not-for-profit school that is governed by the Al Futtaim Education Foundation. The school offers American and International education. In the year 2019-2020, Universal American School will be offering their first cohort of AP and Common Core courses that will run along the existing IB Diploma Programme for students in Grades 11 and 12. 3. American School Of Dubai

American School of Dubai is a not-for-profit US curriculum international school. Established in 1966, the school was previously known as Jumeirah American School and was founded by the Dubai Petroleum Company. Accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, American School of Dubai hosts approximately 1,900 students. They feature world-class facilities, highly experienced leadership, professional, dedicated, and certified faculty, staff, and counseling teams. Founded in 1979, as a private international school, Al Mawakeb currently has branches in Al Garhoud, Al Barsha and Al Khawaneej. The school's first branch was established in Al Garhoud in 1979, the one at Al Barsha was established in 1997, whereas the Al Khawaneej one welcomed its students for the first time in 2018.
